E-voting in CINTAA is a new process for all of us,hence we have arranged a MOCK E-VOTING on 5th April 2017. You will shortly receive a unique log-in id and password for the mock e-voting on your registered email address. Since this is mock-voting, those members who have opted for courier can collect their mock -voting id and password through CINTAA’s office. Through this medium we all can experience how e-voting will actually work.
After completion of mock-voting, a fresh unique log-in id and password will be emailed to you latest by 10th April 2017 for elections to be held between 14th – 16th April 2017.
Further keeping in view requests made by a few of our members to conduct voting in a traditional way, we will also have EVM Machines in CINTAA’S office for 3 days along with e-voting on 14th,15th and 16th April 2017.
It is further clarified that if a member chooses to vote through EVM, he/she is not eligible to vote through online portal of CDSL; in case he/she does so, his/her vote will be null and void and his/her membership may be cancelled with immediate effect.
It is pertinent to note here that members who have not paid/cleared their subscription fees for the year 2016 (01/01/2016 to 31/12/2016) are not eligible to vote or contest the elections.
